I started receiving dozens of emails from multiple brands and categories - auto loans, credit card offers, insurance, etc. They were all being sent by Focus Industrial Resources, which seems to be a financial company based in India. They have an opt out for each offer, which seems to work, but there is a global opt out at the bottom of every email for which the link does not work. I should not have to opt out of each one individually, and I feel they are not complying with spam laws. I am not sure to whom I should report this. Thanks.
