called me this morning. Said that I had won the 2.5 million dollars from Publishing Clearing House. I am to send $225 by Western Union immediately to Tarvell Porter

In four hours, a check for 2.5 will be delivered to my house from Publishing Clearing House. I am to wait for my check but need to hurry and send check to cover costs.
I'm sure this is a scam. How can I scam him back?
