I noticed on my bank statement online that my account had been debited $49.95 from MYPPHELP and it gave a 1-800 number. I called my bank, they said there was nothing they could do. I called the number. I spent 20 minutes on hold. When I gave the woman my situation and phone number, she said that she worked for a 3rd party answering service and would pass my concerns onto the company. I told her that I was not satisfied with that and that I wanted a call back immediately. Here I am, 6 hours later...have heard nothing. I called again...another woman said same thing. She said that she would tell them it's urgent. I looked it up online and have found hundreds of people scammed by the same exact company for the same amount. I refuse to let this slide.
