I decided to sell my Rolex and found WatchBrokers.com on the internet and began the process with them at the end of July of 2011. I had several conversations with them upon their receipt of my watch where the clean and refurbish it to improve the sales price they claim for additional cost. The watch was sold by them per a phone call by them in the middle of August. I never received payment for approximately $ 1,100. The figure was calculated by Eric Toso over the phone as the sale price I was told was $ 1,600. Numerous E-mails and calls were made in September and October and now November. No e-mails responses are received, just phone calls with lots of excuses and no answers. Now I am not even getting call backs. I feel I have been scammed by the company.
