stupidly signed up for a free trial, just expected to pay for post and packaging, which they charged for twice totaling eleven pounds, then when i checked my bank one week later they had took £57 pounds out twice on the third november. i have tried and failed to speak to someone by phone and email for two day's but it is just hopeless.
