*****MAJOR SCAM****I received a phone call from Rick Martin at "Advance America" from the phone number of 949-945-9112 claiming I was approved for a loan in the amount of $3000.00 to be paid back over 11 months with a monthly payment of $300.00. He stated I needed to provide him with my banking information to confirm the account was active and then they could transfer the funds to my account. This sounded fishy to me so I called the REAL Advance America at 888-310-4238 and they confirmed they do not have a location with a 949 area code! I have contacted my bank and all 3 of the credit reporting agency's.
