I ordered 2 trail sz. creams for my daughter who had recently had surgery and was home recouping. I agreed to pay approx. $10.00 in total for shipping. I received a credit card bill of almost $200.00 with in a month after. I immediately called their customer service dept. and spoke to Harry..( who had a very strong Middle East accent??) I said I hope you are recording this conversation because I sure am? He asked me to stop recording and when I ignored him he hung up! He did not want any part of being recorded, I want my money back! Not sure of my next step but I'm on to these crooks! They should be in jail.
