please read!!!!

im just sending this as a heads up. i used to work for a company that sold garcinia cambogia, true cleanse, green coffee beans and other weight loss products. i just wanted to let you know that this particular company do not want to provide refunds. they will force the clients to send the product back and charge a restocking fee. they will go on and on as they have scripts and the agents are really pressured. i just wanted to say that as soon as the client mentions or says that they will go to the bank, most of them will provide more help and refunds. however if the bank were to call they will not talk to them and force the customer to call back on a different line. once he calls back they will try to give the least possible. i just want to mention that it is possible to give full refunds but at the cost of the agent (as the boss will have a meeting and a warning after) they are also able to provide free bottles (as complimentary products or gifts instead of a refund) but as soon as the client agrees to it then they will not have a refund.the client needs to push and push to get the refund.they also have scripts for people who are yelling or being rude and they will hand up on them.

the key is to push the clients to take the RMA process even though it sounds long and costly. the agents will offer more and more rebates if the clients keep saying no. the RMA process is almost never used and a refund or free products are given instead. also the RMA process cannot be chosen by the options on the phone but rather with an agent. clients should get most of their money back this way.

in addition, the company name listed here is just one of many that the same call center deals with on a daily basis. i just dont remember the other names, sorry.
