It's just a fake site that charges you to fill in a form that you get for free from the USICS website. If you make the mistake of even initiating with them, they will call you repeatedly urging you that this is the 'most viable way' to apply for your spouses green card. It is a complete wage of time and money and their auto filling formula rehires many changes to even make the application correct and viable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
