PCTOOLS sent me a insrructions on how to register for their "protection" which consisted of the following set of numbers and characters: AA2B-2232-7CFB-90D174FO-3C5A-FAB8-BEA4-2012-1001. I entered tyhis in the proper place but when I sent it, notification came back stating that it was an "invalid" code.
They billed me again on 10/02/2011 for the samw $39.99, making for a total swindle of $79.88.
