Stopped by house randomly and told me he noticed trees needed to be trimmed. Proceeded to tell me he was licensed and insured. Worked out a price for work. Then gave me a huge story, the whole time claiming to be a devout Christian then asked if I could pay him up front as he needed to get a new blade for chainsaw. Needed to get antibiotics for child. Etc. And was short on cash. Stupid me. I paid him, he cut a few little branches. Left and then for weeks put notes on my door. Always when i wasnt home. With one excuse after another as to why it didn't get done (I saved the notes) when I finally left him a, note stating sticky notes are no longer acceptable as to why job is not completed. He was to finish job or return my money. Never heard from him again. Trying to catch up with him in neighborhood but does his best to avoid me. Beware of this guy.
