i order android phone from t mobile and it was defective i was told to send it back and they would send me a replace phone they rec,d the phone back on 9/2/11 i had the phone only 5 days when i was told to send it back the ups tracking # 1zx1392r9051893758 show that they rec,d it on 9/2/11 as of today 11/6/11 i have not rec,d my replacment phone yet and i have call them a least 10 time and every time i call they tell me i will rec. it in about 10 days and they can not talk to the people that are suppose to send it to me but they will researh it and have them to send it the phone # i is area code (Personal Information Removed) my name volley dykes the address they are to ship it to (Personal Information Removed) i paid them with a debit card. it is on there prepaid plan their phone # is 800-778-2106 my replacment order # is 182777893
