i ordered a free bottle 0f Garcinia Cambrosia on 7/1/14. $4.95 was required. it arrived within a week. no packing slip or bill enclosed. and the bottle looked like the product i always use, that i paid $148. for on 6/17 for 5 bottles (different company).
their 'free' the bottle of garcinia cambrosia only said 'cambrosia' even tho the bottles were almost identical. included in the pkg was 'van' cleanse. i did not order that-they charged $4.95. i did not order cambrosia.
when the 'free' 'cambrosia'& cleanse ($94.92 &$79.95) credit card bill came,I called customer svc for a refund& explain the charges. i was told the ad did not say'free',that it was a promotional offer to get me to buy. Not true!Also that I agreed to terms & conditions (that did not exist ANYWHERE)-that this was made clear all before entering my information. not true! $30.&$90.refunds were not accepted by me. i am to request by email why i am entitled to $179.82 credit. prices:1 bottle ea.
