I am trying to find the correct description. I believe that these people have somehow hacked into my contact list. I can deal with scammers trying to collect on non-existent debts, but when they start calling the cell phone of my relatives which they should have no possible way of having, then it becomes a major issue. My sister, who has a married name different from my name and whose cell phone is in her married name, is being contacted by these guys who are trying to contact me to scam me. I am sure that they will then use her information for further scams.
At any rate, they are calling her incessantly, on her cell phone, and saying that they are contacting her to get a hold of me about some legal action they are taking. I have never received any sort of documentation about any impending legal action, especially not in California where I have never resided. I have debts which I am paying off regularly to the original debtors. I have no legal action pending, especially not from Mr. Miller.
