I ordered three bags from a website thebagred.com claiming to sell genuine Michael Kors items. The photos on the website are genuine but the items I received are counterfeit. I have been emailing the customer service at the email address above and they keep stalling the returns process with stupid questions. I am positive that they have no intention of giving me my money back despite their clear returns policy stated on the website.
