I ordered a pair of shoes on forzieri.com which came to me defect. all the golden hardware was worn out and this should not be the case for a 700 euro shoe. ( i am already shocked that they send out shoes in this condition) but anyway. wanted to return the shoes and this costs me 15 euro. even though this company send ME a defect item I HAVE TO PAY the return (what a joke) anyway 15 euro! shocking service! but now i can see the shoes arrived back last week and i STILL got NO confirmation from the company or what so ever!!! SHOCKING!! i have bought on net-a-porter before and they are weigh better with this! anyway now i am chasing after MY MONEY!! and i see many people have this complaint. i hope i will get my money back! their customerservice is also POOR! bad english and i dont even think they work in a office. it seems they are just walking on the street and doing their thing and answering the phone. i have never experienced this IN MY LIFE!! i would never EVER buy from this company EVER again!! one BIG SCAM!!!
