I signed up for the free trial via phone. I was never informed about having to cancel anything. I saw a charge on my credit card. I called Thrive Nutra to get information. She said I was suppose to call within 14 days and cancel the automatic withdraw. Then she said I can get a refund if I send the month supply back with the authorization number written on the package when I receive the product. I waited and finally decided to call because I never received the package, so I can send it back and get a refunded. She told me today that the package wasn't sent and I needed to send the sample back as well, but the time for that has expired. So in the end I am paying for a product I never received or wanted. Also I never opened the sample due to learning I was pregnant. This company is a scam.
