This company is a scam. I have been trying to get resolve on garage door since March. Process is horrible!!! You can rarely get a live person. The prompter directs to leave a message and no one calls back. Called BBB, they finally called back, and still flaky, saying the will allot a certain amount, I pay for service in advance and will be reimbursed in 30days. This is not what they advertise. Beware, they are a scam and a headache!!!!
