Ok so it all started when i was lured into a law offence without realizing. It happend one day when some 12 year old boy from the internet lured me into tricking people to get their xbox live accounts. I admit i did do it, and one evening i was watching COD Champs on my xbox. When suddenly i was signed out, I thought to myself "maybe i have a bad connection?" So i logged back in and pow... You have been console banned due to violations of the Terms Of Service. I was gutted...
Then i thougbt of that 12 year old. So i skyped him and he was banned about 2 hours before me. So then i got an email on my xbox email account saying i was console banned. But what they didnt email me about was that they also banned my joseph12hppp xbox account until 31/12/9999...
I had spent more than £100 on xbox live. I called up to try to get my moneh back. they would even pass me to anyone who could help me.
I know i did wrong but its no reason to not give my money back!
