I received a letter from Larry Hourd on behalf of the Award Notification Commission (ANC) today July 28, 2014 stating that I have just won $1,140,000.00 and an acquisition fee for premium offer is due and must be enclosed as required for $12.99 payable to the office of ANC. They have no phone number to contact them to see if this notice is legal. Plus they have no Email address anywhere on the notice. this is a hugh scam. Please be aware.
