Won a iron on there auction site they took the monnies out of my account but have never recieved the item I have emailed on several occasions the last time I emailed there reply was that they where having problems trying to get the monnies from my account when they had already took it I have to day been on live chat with them and was told there is nothing they can do as its a different deptment when i asked if they could conntact this department for me as they must be able to on there computer my live chat was terminated
