International boundaries
ordered free sample of a beauty cream. Received that sample but was unaware I had given permission to be charged monthly - 75.94. After receiving a charge on my charge card I called rep and was told the only way to get a refund was to return product and they would charge a 10. restocking fee. Ret. product on 7/29/14 and know that it was delivered on 7/31/14. Then another charge of 75.94 was put on my charge card and when that was received I put Ref. Ret to sender - and so far no credits. Kept talking to reps on phone about cancelling this but have not seen any activity on my charge a/c lately. Will call again today 8/8/14 and see what is going on. This is a scam company. Be aware
