I ordered the cream for a free trial with reduced shipping. When it arrived there was no paperwork at all about charges, 14 days to try it and call them; nothing! Then I was charged $93.00 with no authorization or explanation. They offered a partial refund after a $20 restocking fee, but I do not feel this is fair since there was no mention of future fees at all. Their number is 844-8859-9682.
