In response to a lengthy aid pop up online, allowed them to process Visa Card account with Chase Bank for a "Diabetes Protocol" that was supposed to work miracles... the ad displayed a software package with the information about the product... leading one to believe that they would receive a DVD, but it was digital, and when I tried to download it, it would could not be opened, just read "machine language", no matter what I did... I have been in computers since 1977... looked up number: it is a scam number with a background...
