I would not recommend this teal estate seller to know one. 1st. off A person with no integrity,but will bull shit you just to make a sale. I just found out I purchased a house that relatives of his lived there,and this house sure had its issues. The inspector was his own,therefore good chance he was a quack,and lie-rrrrrr. We were told that the house was perfect,and that was so far from the truth. Now we will need to put in $90,000 just so we can sell it. ....Pathetic Sales people.
NO INTEGRITY, EVEN THOUGH HE COMES ACROSS AS A GOOD HONEST PERSON.
