I ordered from them, then they claimed my package got "stuck" on customs. I had to pay 100% tax. But they were nice enough to split the bill in half and that "Next Time" there will be "NO" tax.
Fake cloud company. They have not responded to ANY means of communication.
YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.
Don't use them. Find someone else.
