Hello,

I'm hoping you can help me. I ordered the following dress from this website http://www.womendressesoutlet.com/index.php?main_page=advanced_search_result&search_in_description=1&zenid=2q8dnq4gfs0eq08bnn950t80j3&keyword=mini+glass+print+dress&x=15&y=10

The company sent me a dress which is totally different but same colours. So it looks like they tried to make it.

When I contacted the company they said the delivery company had made the error. They told me to keep the hideous dress and that I needed to re-order the dress I originally wanted and they will give me 30% off.

This is insane, they won't send me the dress I ordered and they won't refund. I told them I will send the dress back to them at their expense and they advised me I would be out of pocket.
I have all email communication if you need this.

I would like to report this company.

Please let me know what I need to do further.
