I ordered replacement Cartomizers from the company 10 in total. The box say's You get 1,250 puffs + I did not get one puff. So I e-mailed the company first, I thought it was just the one box of cartomizers that did not work so that is what I reported in my e-mail. I sent the e-mail off, Much to my surprize when I opened the second box it did not work either, So I called the company and told them what had happened. They seemed very friendly, So I waited for the TEN replacement Cartomizers, Much to my surprize I only received FIVE Cartomizers or only one box. So I called the company as soon as I opened the package. I talked to a company rep. who was very rude and said they only had a record of my e-mail and not my call when I was told they would replace all TEN cartomizers. So I opened the box and much to my surprize again they did not work either. I bought the whole starter kit around three months ago, And now the charging pack stopped working today. The starter kit go's for around seventy USD that's with tax. So I'm out the seventy dollars and around twenty four dollars for the two five packs of Cartomizers. So I'm out around Ninety four dollars, So now I have to call about the charging pack. I don't look forward to calling them again, Because when I called on the 16th of August of 2014 they told me I could not get a refund for the Cartomizers because it was a personal item that your lips touch. They said because of this they could not resell them, This makes no sense to me because if they don't work how can they resell them. It makes no sense at all if they don't work they should send me a self addressed envelope so that I can send them back and see they don't work. I was always raised that the customer is always right.
