I tried the $1 trial offer to check out their product. Frankly, it is little more than a glorified phone book. I checked on a number of people whose background I knew and this company didn't have ANY of the important info... Mostly just address and birth date. Clearly this product cannot be relied upon to get solid and complete info.
Also, they charged me again even though I canceled well before the trial ended. So I called and they said I would get a refund in a few days. Two weeks went by and I called again. At first they said they had never charged me and when I told them I had proof they put me on hold and finally said I would be issued a refund. Ha!
