I was duped into a bid on Wippy.com and at first found it interesting and did a bid, I supposedly won and was to receive a phone, but 6 weeks later, still not phone and then was informed that before I can receive the phone I need to pay the $49.99, which is ridiculous as the rand value is and was 10 times more, I then cancelled my subscription but now they are harrassing me telling me they are handing me over because I owe the over $700, back payments. I have told them over and over I am not paying for anything. Please resolve this issue as I believe they are scammers.
