Callers are on overseas lines from India - I am very familiar with linguistics and can easily distinguish accents of many countries and dialects. Caller claimed my computer had been "uploading problems with my files" which could not be seen by my anti-virus protection. Caller said they were "Windows Operating Systems" technicians, and familiar with Microsoft Windows software and computer hardware. My computer is operating relatively fine - same as before they "did the work". Now, I have received calls from another company, claiming this first company is a scam, and they can help me "fix my computer and get my money back"! Second company is LT Global. I am not dealing with them and let them know I don't trust them. I never fall for scams and am angry with myself for listening to them! Trying now to get my money refunded.
