I sent for the free samples paying 4.95 x2 for two free samples. My samples came, and I tried them. When I got my credit statement there was a charge for 79.97. I immediately called 888-508-6860 to talk to a rep. He told me there was nothing he could do after a long conversation and I mentioned it was free with A 4.95 s/h charge. For two samples it was a charge of 9.90. I was going to call the better business bureau I hung up. He called me back and said he had talked to his supervisor and my 79.95 would be credited to my account. I told him to cancel any further shipments. Today I got a new box in the mail. It was already on my account. In the amount of 89.85. That was taken out the same day I called!!! Please help.
