We purchased jukaso journeys 5 years membership in March 2014. We got our member ship ID through SMS in July 2014 after multiple follow ups. We were sold the membership by saying that it holds dial an exchange feature on prorate basis. When we contacted the jukaso management for all the details of the membership in written we were told that it doesn''t have dae in that and whenever we ask them to book for their properties or tie up properties they come up with new rules all the time. Most of the time their staff is on vacation and doesn't respond. Neither they cancel the membership nor they provide service. My 35000 is blocked with them and they have cheated on membership details. We never expected this from jukaso group as we are frequent visitor of jukaso sec 14 but now defence it'll can say they are purely frauds when it comes to jukaso journeys
