I ordered the trial of the Slendara and the Natural Cleanse on the same day. I read the terms and conditions from the ad that I received. The ad didn't have any prices for the product if you decided to keep it or return it. My 14 days trial begin the day that the product was ordered for which I didn't try the products for 14 days because of shipping. I never received an email from the company not until today when I had to go under scam for this product and another customer put the phone number. I called the company and was told my 14 days started the day the product was ordered and that information was on their website and I should have received an email. I was never on their website and I checked my junk mail and I never received an email not until today when I called to cancel. Even if the product did work, I would not recommend this product or company. If you are trying something the time normally starts from when the product is in hand. Now my card has been charged 84.97 and I have to pay a 12.95 restocking fee plus shipping and handling.
