I didn't complete an order for a product from WINZIP CLEVERBRIDGE in 2014.
I only have started the procedure online for ordering a product, aiming to see the price that is not display in the first screen (first step !), but I didn't confirm an order.
Despite this the amount of 35.64 USD was retired from my account using the communication
CBA*WINZIP CLEVERBRIDGE 18007999570.
There is no download of any software associated to this unconfirmed order. I want my money back or to have a proposition for a software.

The company can give me the possibility to download the software because it is already paid.
