On the 27/7/14 rang as seen TV AD about Immortal skin care agreed to 16 day trial only.
on the 2/8/14 they deducted $156.21 nz dollers from my visa accout,at no autherisation from me to do this as not even received the parcel,then on 19/8/14 received parcel which was already opened and tampered with,sent this straight back,i phoned the tv ad call centre and complained asked to cancel was assrured this would happen,they refunded my my postage of $18.00 back to my Visa account,i requested the payment they took out on the 2/8/14,they said ild be in then they my account,this did not happen,then on the 4/9/14 they took out another $225.4 NZ in total the have stole from me $381.55 can you help me please regards Anne Moran
