This company comes up in a Google search as USPS Change of Address. They then walk you through the steps of changing your address just as you would with the actual USPS. Then, just like the USPS, they have you enter your credit card to confirm. It is only after the charge is processed that you figure out that they charged you $20 for what would cost you $1.05 through the USPS. AND, you still have to print and send the change of address notification to the post office AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. This website has not only NOT provided me the "service" I paid for, but now I am concerned that my personal information is at risk.
