My husband and I were called about selling our timeshare. We had been wanting to sell it for awhile this rni was very sincere I wanting to help and seemed to know a lot about our situation. They told us that they could have it sold within six months. After almost a year I called back and spoke to a Kristen Harmon and she told me not to worry that sometimes it can take longer. Diamond resorts timeshares were in demand and it shouldn't be much longer. They could drop the price and see if that helped. Kristen said when there was an offer we would receive an e-mail. Thus far no e-mails or calls from company. This is a scam diamond has assured us that it can't be sold through a third party. Now we are out almost 2,000 dollars. Please don't be taken in by there kindness and knowledge they are not going to do a thing for you and are preying on your desperation to sell something that you were pressured into buying in the first place.
