I bought a car from M and M Tire Center and it would not pass smog. After clearing the check engine light Eric told me to put 50 miles on it and bring it back to have it pass smog. I put 20 miles on it and the car broke down. We had it towed to the Ford dealership and they told us that there was coolant in the oil and the engine needs to be replaced. They also said that problem has existed for some time and not in the 24 hours we owned it. On top of all that, I went in to have the pink slip checked out at AAA and was informed that the pink slip was invalid and it was confiscated from me. M and M will not provide me with a pink slip or take responsibility for the repairs. I was even told by a DMV investigator that this is not just a civil matter but a criminal matter as well. M and M Tire Center (Eric and Faith McNeil) is a rip off. I now have a broken down car in my front yard, and a legal battle in front of me.
