I clicked on the upgrade button and it auto renewed my account. I made certain I did all the steps to remove my credit card information so it would never be used again to renew my membership, Right? Emailed ourtime immediately and didn't get any help until I called in. The rep said I had to pay 3.99 service fee? How can they get away with that?
