Received unsolicited goods and emailed immediately to ask for refund and to say goods were waiting for collection, unused. I wasn't going to pay postage to return unsolicited goods. Yesterday, a further payment was shown as coming out of my account. Have reported this to my bank but require a refund. I have not yet received these goods that I have supposedly laid for!
