Do not use this company, I do not believe they are legitimate. I sent over 16kg of clothes, they paid me for just over 3kg and refused 80% of the bag. I received just over £2 for around 70 garmets, having read some reviews i wish I read before I sent them I would strongly advise against using this company. Sell at a car boot sale or give to charity instead
