was supposed to be trial period.when i asked about the charge for full service on my bank statement they replied that it wasnt from them.It was obvious because it was the only possible think costing 39.95 they comes out of my account and was right after the 1.99 trial fee.this resulted in an overdraft fee of 30.00.
