THE WORST ONLINE BOOKING SITE. EVER. We initially booked 2 rooms for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) at a Vegas hotel but decided to cancel one room for Friday night as most of the party are going on Saturday. When we called the company, the agent told us that they "do not have the tools" to cancel only one room so she was going to have her supervisor do it and somebody was going to contact us within 24 hours. After 24 hours, nobody did so we called again. Another agent told us the same thing. After another 24 hours, we still haven't heard from anyone. On the 3rd day, we called again and at this point, I was getting very frustrated. The agent told me that somebody made a mistake and cancelled one room for BOTH nights. Her proposed solution was for us to book another room for the second night but lo and behold, the price was already double what we initially paid for. I told her that that was not fair and asked to speak with her supervisor. I spoke with Giovanni and he told me he was going to "escalate" it with high priority and somebody was going to contact us the following day. Of course, 24 hours later, nobody did. 4th call, I asked to speak with Giovanni and he said he was going to "do something about it" and that he will call me right back. I waited that whole night - nothing. SIMPLY RIDICULOUS. The whole company and their customer service is one big joke. NEVER AGAIN.
