Received an unsolicited phone call about consolidating three magazine subscriptions I had. Agreed to do it and started receiving additional magazines I had never ordered. Billing only stopped when credit card expired. They are now threatening turning this over to a collection agency unless I pay them a lump sum settlement.
Have notified District Attorney and submitted a report. I cannot get magazines cancelled and we never agreed to the extra magazines. This company was in Melbourne FL and is now in Anoka, MN
