I was asked to take the 5 minute survey and earn $500.00 for completing the 5 minute survey. When I complete answering the final question, #15, "24 million americans have diabetes, do you"? and after answering, no, the page freezes up and the survey appears to end. Prior, to taking the survey, they ask the question to "who, where to send the $500.00, followed by serious of offers and survey. They are wasting my time and I would like to receive the alloted $500.00, I was inoformed I would receive. I will continue to persue this matter.
