On Face book the was an ad for Free Samples from Derma Juvenate in which you paid only the postage. I requested the samples and then discovered shortly afterwards that I had two charges on my credit card for $107.16 and then again for $109.61. There was nothing I saw about a Trial Offer or I would never have ordered the samples. I cannot get through to anyone at this company to complain about this issue and my CT Mastercard company says I have to have called Derma Juvenate and told them to cancel my orders before they (the credit card company) could do anything about it. The credit card company says that it is likely that I missed this in the fine print and I would probably have to eat the costs. If Derma Juvenate has to resort to trickery to sell their products, they should re think being in the business in the first place. They have probably found they make more money scamming people than in actual sales. Shame on them!
