I was foolish and followed a link for a "free" trial, I paid for this online. The cream(s) came in after two weeks with an invoice date of 10/06/14. The order was for 1 Ayur Skin cream and 1 Wrinkless cream, yet I received 2 of each (unsolicited). I noted a extra charge of 99.00 on my bank account on 10/20/14 and called them. I was informed that I was enrolled in a membership - apparently automatically since they had my credit card and after much discussion was informed that I could return the unused items and receive a refund, (I pay shipping & a 10$ restocking fee)I returned the unused items and noted a $139.90 charge on my account on 10/27/14. I received a credit of 59.90 for the returned items (not the 89.90). I called back yet again and was informed that I was charged for the "free" items I had not returned, and an extra charge for not returning them as well. The person on the phone was very good at twisting information around. I deal with multiple vendors in my business and never have been treated in such a shabby manner. This is definitely a scam and the product certainly does not live up to it's claims.
