I initially bought a wig online from this Company and when I received it, it was not the right color, shape or length in August 2014. I contacted the Company and they advised me to return the wig and they would replace it. Now this is where the issue starts. Within the box it contained clear instructions of what was needed in order to return the wig so I followed it word for word. I also included in the box pictures of what my existing wig looked like and what the one that they sent me on looked like so that they could clearly see that it wasn't the one I had asked for. I also sent all email correspondence so that they knew what the return wig was about and who it was from including my email address, postal address and telephone number and guess what...... the wig supposedly went missing. I have been fighting with them now since November 2014 and I have given up and come to the conclusion that I have lost my money. They told me to buy another wig and they would reimburse me when the other one turned up but the problem is if it hasn't turned up by now it never will and was just another scam to try and get more money from me.. People out there be aware and DO NOT go by the instructions within the box of returning the wig otherwise you will never see it again. Register your item so you can track it because once they know that you have not registered it they will claim that they have never received it and will not offer some sort of refund to compensate it. The wig did not even closely resemble the one I chose online and is a scam to try and force you to send it back unregistered never to be seen again. Please do yourself a favour and hang onto your money and do not buy form this Company!!
