They are operating a system whereby you order a FREE sample but pay for the postage. They do not stress that you must return the product within 14 days or you will be charged and will be sent new products each month and money taken from your account. I know I am in the UK but I am desperate to get my money back as I am a Pensioner on a limited budget. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP
